This Data Hosting Policy (“Policy”) explains where the data submitted to SuperOps Inc (“SuperOps”) through the customer’s account (“Customer Data”) will be hosted.
Data hosted means data stored for the delivery of services we provide as a data processor and includes the data stored for backup, archival, and log purposes. SuperOps utilizes Amazon Web Services as its primary cloud service provider. Customers can, at the time of signing up for SuperOps services, choose their desired data hosting location.
The data hosting locations available at the time of sign-up are (i) United States (ii) Europe.
If the customer wishes to change the hosting location opted for at the time of sign-up, they may reach out to SuperOps at support@superops.com. Accordingly, SuperOps will clarify the feasibility of accommodating any such requests.
Additionally, SuperOps maintains a robust backup plan where the Customer Data is backed up in the primary location in which the Customer Data is hosted.
If you choose to integrate with or otherwise enable third-party services, Customer Data may be shared with such third-party providers and their sub-processors (if applicable). To understand the hosting policy of such third-party providers, please refer to their respective policies on data hosting. This Policy will not apply to data hosted by such third-party services.
