Meet our founder
Arvind Parthiban has spent 20 years in IT and ITSM. That's long enough to know the work isn't the hard part. The tools are. He watched good teams lose hours to software that was supposed to save them, and he got tired of waiting for someone else to fix it. So he built SuperOps. Not as an outsider with a theory, but as someone who had run the operations and felt exactly where they broke. He'd built and sold a software company before, so he knew how to turn that frustration into something people actually want to use. That's the whole idea behind SuperOps…
