Meet our founders
SuperOps was founded by two people who know this space better than most. Between them, Arvind Parthiban and Jayakumar Karumbasalam bring over 40 years of experience in IT and ITSM, as builders and operators who have lived the problem firsthand.
Arvind, CEO, is a serial entrepreneur who successfully built and sold a marketing automation company before tackling what’s breaking in IT operations software. He knows what it takes to build a product people love and a business that lasts.
Jayakumar, CPTO, has spent decades building IT products and leading engineering organizations. He brings the deep technical conviction and architectural thinking that a platform like SuperOps demands.
They understand the market and the people in it. They know what it feels like to run a business, manage a team, and depend on tools that too often let you down. SuperOps exists because they decided to do something about it.
