SuperOps is an Autonomous Endpoint Management (AEM) platform where IT teams manage AI agents that autonomously handle IT workflows within guardrails set by IT. They decide what AI can handle on its own, where it needs human intervention, and remain responsible for the outcome. The work runs itself, but IT stays in command.
As AI takes on more of the work, teams can move from fighting fires to preventing issues and proactively managing IT operations. A lean team starts to operate like a much larger one.
SuperOps gives IT teams visibility and control across the entire estate, so they can see what their agents are doing and step in or change course whenever they need to.

Meet our founder
Arvind Parthiban has spent over 20 years in IT. That's long enough to know the work isn't the hard part. The tools are. He watched good teams lose hours to software that was supposed to save them, and he got tired of waiting for someone else to fix it. So he built SuperOps. Not as an outsider with a theory, but as someone who had run the operations and felt exactly where they broke. He'd built and sold a software company before, so he knew how to turn that frustration into something people actually want to use.
