Once upon a time when Arvind Parthiban and Jayakumar Karumbasalam, the protagonists of this story, were newbies in the tech industry, they built an MSP software. Decades later when they took a look at the industry, they were surprised to see that while the world of technology had advanced by leaps and bounds, software aimed at MSPs had stayed stagnant, some still stuck in the on-premise era!

In 2020, the world changed. Remote and distributed teams became the new reality and MSPs rose to the challenge, while struggling with outdated software. Arvind and Jay too decided to rise to the challenge and build a best-in-class software that MSPs truly deserve, one that helps MSPs transform into highly effective businesses while finding joy in the work they do.
