What is Splashtop

Splashtop is a remote desktop and support solution that lets you securely access and control applications, files, and systems from anywhere.

For MSP technicians, it means instant remote access to client devices to troubleshoot issues in real time. You can start remote sessions on demand, diagnose problems, and resolve them efficiently, even if the end user isn’t physically present.

Remote support is core to an MSP’s and IT Team’s day-to-day operations. That’s why we’ve partnered with Splashtop to deliver a seamless, built-in remote access experience within SuperOps,  fully included as part of your subscription, at no additional cost.

Unattended remote access

You don't need the end-user to be present when you remotely access your clients' devices and servers. You can proactively fix issues, perform maintenance, and provide remote support to your clients.

Bundled subscriptions

Splashtop comes included with your SuperOps subscription. If you’re on any of our paid plans, you can deliver remote support to your clients using Splashtop with no extra fees or add-ons required

Auto deployment

There’s no need to spend time manually deploying Splashtop in your device network. The Splashtop streamer is automatically installed on all client assets in the platform through the SuperOps agent.

In-session features

You have an array of Splashtop features you can use to improve the remote session experience. You can transfer files, record sessions, chat, share your desktop screen, reboot, or wake the device remotely. All of this helps you easily support your clients' needs more efficiently.

Robust security

Every remote session is protected by TLS and 256-bit encryption. So you don’t have to worry about the integrity of your remote sessions being compromised at any time.

SET UP

How to set up Splashtop for SuperOps

  • Click on 'Integrations' on the left pane.

  • You will see the list of available integrations; click Install next to the Splashtop app

  • Next, ensure that you have the Splashtop Viewer app installed on your device

  • Complete the configuration process to define how you want to handle remote sessions clients, and click save
