When you cancel your subscription, all future payments will be canceled and your account will be terminated at the end of your current subscription plan. Similarly, when you downgrade your subscription, you will be moved to the new plan only at the end of your current subscription.

You get 150 endpoints for each technician license you purchase (excluding Standard PSA). For example, if you purchase 4 licenses, you get 600 endpoints. If you don’t need an extra seat and just need more endpoints, you can purchase additional endpoint packs.

No, everyone in a portal must be on the same subscription plan.

Your SuperOps free trial will expire after 14 days. If you need more time, you can request a one-time extension by contacting us.
