SET UP

How to set up QB Desktop for SuperOps?

  • Get started by navigating to Settings and clicking 'Marketplace'
  • You will see the list of available integrations; click Integrate next to the QuickBooks Desktop app
  • Download the QWC file from the configuration page and open it to authorize the web connector.
  • Once the permissions are accepted, you can set up how often you would want SuperOps to sync with your QuickBooks Desktop in SuperOps.
  • Copy and paste the password from the integration configure page and click OK.
  • Click initiate import to start pushing the data from QuickBooks Desktop to SuperOps.
  • Once the data is fetched, you can begin mapping items like the clients, service items, etc.
