The VP of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This leadership role will oversee all marketing functions, including digital marketing, content strategy, product marketing, and public relations, while ensuring alignment with our overall business objectives.

What You'll Do:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Vice President (VP) of Marketing who will not only execute in the trenches, but also provide strategic leadership, from a market and product perspective, to our management team.This is an opportunity to join a high-growth SaaS company as the first marketing employee and to make a real impact on company success.In this role, you’ll create, execute, and fully own our marketing plan to drive the aggressive growth of SuperOps globally and help us become a market leader.
Marketing Strategy & Execution: Shape and own the comprehensive marketing roadmap, driving the successful execution of initiatives across demand generation, brand positioning, product marketing, and content strategy. Partner closely with the CEO to identify and prioritize growth opportunities, crafting strategies to accelerate market leadership and outperform competitors, and swiftly turn insights and hypotheses into actionable results.
Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute robust go-to-market (GTM) strategies for product launches, ensuring cohesive messaging, branding, and alignment with target markets. Collaborate with Product and Sales teams to create comprehensive GTM plans that drive product adoption, enhance customer engagement, and improve retention rates.
Mid-Market Field Sales Collaboration: Drive strategies and align marketing initiatives to support the growth of mid-market field sales. Work closely with sales teams to create targeted campaigns, optimize lead generation, and enhance brand presence within mid-market segments. Develop and oversee field marketing activities that directly contribute to pipeline growth and revenue goals.
Community-Led Marketing: Build and execute a community-led marketing strategy that fosters engagement, brand loyalty, and advocacy within our target audience. Establish and nurture a thriving community through events, digital platforms, and partnerships. Empower community members to become brand ambassadors, generating organic growth and driving customer engagement.
Event Strategy and Execution: Oversee the planning, management, and execution of both virtual and in-person events that enhance brand visibility and engagement. Lead the events team to design impactful experiences for prospects and customers, aligning events with broader marketing goals and ensuring measurable outcomes for lead generation and brand building.
Brand & Product Positioning: Oversee the development and execution of branding initiatives that enhance SuperOps’ visibility and reputation in the marketplace. Strengthen and expand the company’s brand footprint, positioning SuperOps as a leading innovator and thought leader within the industry. Develop and refine product positioning and messaging strategies that resonate deeply with target audiences and align seamlessly with each stage of the customer journey.
Sales Enablement: Empower Sales teams with the necessary tools, content, and resources to effectively engage customers and drive product adoption. Lead sales enablement initiatives by providing support through webinars, events, and essential materials, including articles and videos. Create and distribute impactful sales collateral, product information, and competitive insights to enhance the Sales team’s effectiveness and performance.
Demand Generation & Growth Marketing: Lead end-to-end demand generation to deliver qualified inbound leads for the enterprise sales team, driving consistent and high-quality pipeline growth. Strategize and execute demand generation initiatives, including paid media, SEO, SEM, and account-based marketing (ABM), to enhance customer acquisition and build a scalable, predictable pipeline. Spearhead impactful marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives to boost lead generation and customer engagement. Direct and oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of market research data to inform short- and long-term forecasting and actionable insights. Optimize lead scoring, nurturing, and funnel performance to increase conversions and elevate lead quality, supporting sustained business growth.
Must Have:
A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline; an MBA is a plus.
Over 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a SaaS environment.
Proven track record in developing marketing strategies and executing impactful plans, alongside managing a significant marketing budget effectively.
Strong leadership skills with demonstrated success in building, scaling, and guiding high-performing marketing teams.
A strategic thinker and creative problem solver, with the agility to be hands-on when necessary.
