We are seeking a highly analytical and customer-focused Segment Marketer to join our dynamic SaaS marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, understanding, and targeting specific customer segments to drive engagement, conversions, and retention.

What You'll Do:
Customer Segmentation: You will be instrumental in identifying and defining customer segments to drive targeted marketing strategies and enhance campaign performance. Define customer segments based on key factors such as demographics, behaviors, firmographics (B2B), and other relevant criteria. Track and analyze segment performance metrics, including engagement rates, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value (LTV), adjusting strategies as needed based on data insights. Use these insights to continuously refine and optimize strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and maximizing ROI.
Campaign Development and Execution: Design and implement segment-specific marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, paid ads, webinars, and social media, to effectively reach and engage SuperOps’ target audience. Collaborate closely with content and creative teams to craft personalized messaging and impactful marketing collateral tailored to each segment's unique needs. Ensure all campaigns address customer pain points, highlight SuperOps’ product benefits, and align with overall business objectives for maximum impact.
Customer Journey Optimization: Strategically map and enhance the customer journey for each segment, identifying key opportunities to optimize touchpoints. Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to ensure a seamless and cohesive experience throughout every stage of the funnel. Develop and refine customer journeys for each segment with a focus on driving acquisition, activation, and retention. Pinpoint critical touchpoints to elevate the customer experience and proactively minimize churn.
Performance Measurement: Monitor and evaluate campaign performance by analyzing key metrics such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), engagement rates, and conversion rates. Conduct A/B testing to assess the effectiveness of different strategies and use data-driven insights to optimize campaign outcomes. Regularly track segment-specific performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations to enhance strategies and maximize ROI.
Collaboration and Alignment: Collaborate closely with product marketing, demand generation, and sales teams to ensure segment strategies are seamlessly aligned with SuperOps' overarching business objectives. Share valuable insights and feedback with the product team to address segment-specific needs and emerging trends effectively.
Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor approaches, and evolving customer expectations across each segment. Leverage these insights to refine marketing strategies and ensure SuperOps maintains a strong competitive advantage.
Customer Segmentation and Insights: Analyze customer data to define and segment distinct customer groups based on demographics, behavior, usage patterns, and firmographics. Utilize tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and customer data platforms (CDPs) to uncover trends and identify growth opportunities within each segment.
Campaign Strategy and Execution: Design and implement targeted marketing campaigns for key segments, ensuring they address each segment’s specific pain points and needs. Work closely with content, product marketing, and demand generation teams to craft personalized messaging, tailored offers, and engaging experiences. Optimize campaigns across various channels, including email, paid media, webinars, and social platforms, to drive maximum engagement and impact.
Must Have:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in customer segmentation, analytics, or a similar role, preferably within B2B or SaaS industries.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful segment- targeted campaigns.
Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot).
Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau).
Understanding of SaaS metrics such as MRR, ARR, churn, CAC, and LTV.
