We are looking for seasoned Backend Engineers who are passionate about backend systems, willing to learn from the best technical architects, takes ownership, has a sense of urgency, and is a team player.
In SuperOps, I got a lot of opportunities to build things from scratch which I haven't experienced previously in my career. I experienced a steep learning curve from day one here and I hope it will be the same.

Senior Backend Engineer
What You'll Do:
Work with product management and development teams to build backend systems from scratch by writing reusable and maintainable code.
Implementing a highly performant, secure, and scalable backend system.
Reviewing and optimizing the backend performance by monitoring key metrics and improving the system proactively.
Must Have:
7+ years of experience in developing backend systems.
Proficient experience in Java, Spring, Hibernate, MySQL / PostgreSQL.
Sound knowledge in design patterns, security, performance, and troubleshooting
Familiarity with agile development practices like code review, unit & regression testing, and continuous deployment.
Experience in building SaaS applications is preferred.
