A Qualified Signup is:

• A sign-up to any paid SuperOps plan (MSP or IT)

• Must be either an MSP or an Internal IT team

• Completed with valid email and phone number

• Not a duplicate or existing SuperOps contact

• Has not engaged with SuperOps previously in any sales or trial capacity

Commissions are paid on the 10th of every month for the previous month’s eligible referrals.

If a referred customer’s payment is pending, reversed, or disputed, commissions linked to that invoice are paused until resolved.

Quarterly bonuses and performance bonuses (e.g., $500 milestone rewards) are paid alongside the monthly payout once validated.

Annual tier bonuses are paid in January.

No. Commissions apply for the customer’s first year only.

No. Self-referrals are not eligible. Referrals must be new SuperOps customers.

Your commission adjusts automatically based on the customer’s updated billed and paid revenue. This is accounted for in your annual revenue tier bonuses as well.

Revenue from third-party resold products is excluded.
