The Distribution Channel Manager will be crucial in establishing and strengthening partnerships with distribution partners to expand SuperOps' reach and influence. This role demands strategic thinking, exceptional relationship management skills, and a strong understanding of channel dynamics within the IT and MSP ecosystem.

What You'll Do:
Channel Strategy Development: Create and implement a robust distribution channel strategy that aligns with SuperOps' business goals. Onboard and provide ongoing support to distribution partners, ensuring they are fully aligned with our value proposition and growth objectives.
Partner Relationship Management for SuperOps: Foster and sustain strong relationships with distribution partners to drive revenue growth and ensure long-term, successful collaboration. Act as the main point of contact for distribution partners, promptly addressing their needs, concerns, and inquiries.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Track and analyze partner performance metrics, offering regular feedback and support to help achieve sales and growth objectives. Create and implement initiatives that boost partner engagement, enhance sales readiness, and improve go-to-market effectiveness.
Enablement & Support: Work closely with internal teams to deliver training, marketing materials, and technical support to distribution partners. Schedule and participate in weekly meetings to ensure alignment with product developments and provide necessary sales support. Organize and lead webinars, workshops, and events to keep partners informed about SuperOps' offerings and updates.
Collaboration Across Teams for SuperOps: Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure consistent alignment on messaging, campaigns, and product positioning within the distribution channel. Collect insights from distribution partners to guide product improvements and support strategic decision-making.
Must Have:
Over 5 years of proven experience in channel management, distribution partnerships, or a similar role within the IT or SaaS industry.In-depth understanding of the MSP ecosystem and IT distribution channels.
Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to grow and nurture successful partnerships.
Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive strategic decisions and inform actions.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
