We are looking for a highly motivated and goal-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales team. As an SDR, you will play a key role in generating qualified leads, building pipeline, and setting up high-quality product demos for the sales team. What You'll Do:

Research and identify potential leads through various channels.

Conduct outbound prospecting via emails, cold calls, and LinkedIn.

Qualify leads and schedule product demos with Account Executives.

Work closely with marketing and sales to align outreach and campaign strategies.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities in the CRM (HubSpot).

Meet and exceed weekly/monthly KPIs around outreach, meetings set, and qualified opportunities.

Must Have:

2+ years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in SaaS.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong objection-handling skills and a proactive, aggressive approach to pipeline building.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Highly organized and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership.

Comfortable working in the US timezone (7 PM – 4 AM IST).

Experience with tools like Outreach, Nooks, ZoomInfo, and HubSpot.

Understanding of modern B2B sales techniques and buyer journeys.
