We are seeking a highly analytical and customer-focused Demand Generation Manager to join our dynamic SaaS marketing team. In this role, you will lead growth-driven marketing programs & own funnel optimization, ABM , pipeline acceleration, and alignment with sales to drive ARR growth & maximize ROI.

What You'll Do:
Lead integrated campaigns (email, paid media, content syndication, webinars) to fuel top-of-funnel lead generation.
Build and maintain dashboards (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU), define marketing KPIs, and optimize spend/budgets.
Collaborate with PMMs and Sales to define ICPs and craft personalized ABM playbooks.
Run multi-channel ABM campaigns, segment accounts, track engagement, and refine tactics based on performance.
Set up a regional measurement framework and deliver weekly insights to leadership.
Track ROI across Demand Gen, ABM, and Retargeting programs.
Sync regularly with SDRs and Sales leadership to streamline lead handoffs, qualify criteria, and align messaging.
Manage automated nurture sequences using A/B testing across emails, CTAs, landing pages, and nurture paths.
Monitor SEO and on-page performance, identify content gaps, and run AB tests to improve conversions.
Increase MQL → Opportunity conversion rate.
Enhance pipeline contribution and ARR growth.
Boost MQL volume and accelerate SQL velocity.
Lower Cost/MQL and Cost/Opportunity while improving win rates.
Personalize buyer journeys and campaigns for decision-makers and influencers.
Must Have:
Experience: 8+ years in B2B SaaS demand generation, including ABM.
Expertise: Deep familiarity with funnel mechanics, marketing attribution, ABM best practices, and cross-channel campaign optimization
Skills: Strong analytical & project management skills; excellent written & verbal communication.
Tools: Proven experience with CRM, marketing automation, ABM platforms, paid media, and SEO/SEM tools.
Collaborative mindset: Success in cross-functional environments with Product, Sales, and Operations teams.
