We’re seeking a strategic and driven Senior Manager, Brand & Communications to shape and amplify SuperOps’ brand presence across key channels. In this role, you’ll lead Brand Strategy, PR, Thought Leadership, Social Media, and Communities.
This is an exciting opportunity for a strong communicator and brand builder who can bring alignment, creativity, and energy to our messaging and external voice. You’ll work closely with marketing leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent, impactful storytelling that resonates with our audiences.

What You'll Do:
Define and evolve SuperOps’ brand messaging, positioning, and identity to create a strong and differentiated presence in the market.
Lead brand-level initiatives and campaigns that build awareness, affinity, and trust.
Own and govern the brand system—including guidelines, voice, and standards—to ensure consistency across all teams and channels.
Establish and monitor brand health metrics, driving continuous improvement in perception and impact.
Develop and execute PR strategies to build credibility and visibility in key markets.
Manage agency partners or external collaborators to deliver high-impact media coverage.
Cultivate relationships with media, analysts, and influencers to amplify SuperOps’ story.
Create and execute a thought leadership program that positions our executives and experts as industry voices.
Identify speaking opportunities, bylines, panels, and forums that align with our brand vision.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to shape narratives that highlight SuperOps’ innovation and vision.
Manage and mentor the Social Media & Community Leads, providing strategic input to maintain a relevant and on-brand digital presence.
Oversee how the brand shows up across social platforms, helping amplify campaigns, content, and key initiatives.
Guide event branding and presence, ensuring in-person activations are consistent with our identity and tone.
Bring a strategic lens to community engagement, helping the team scale programs that create memorable brand moments.
Must Have:
5–8+ years of brand or marketing experience, with at least 2 years leading brand and creative functions.
A strong foundation in brand strategy—from messaging and positioning to visual identity and storytelling.
Experience managing creative teams, content, or design—whether directly or through agencies.
A clear communicator, decisive leader, and organized executor who thrives in fast-paced environments.
Comfortable working cross-functionally and presenting to senior stakeholders.
Hungry to learn, grow, and lead in a fast-moving, global company.
Experience in B2B SaaS, tech, or IT services is a plus.
