Over the last few weeks, I've spoken to small MSP owner-operators, IT industry veterans, consultants, IT professionals from across the US and Europe. The conversations keep circling back to the same place. Everyone's asking the same questions about agentic AI. Some are dealing with second-order consequences. Others are still weighing first moves.

What's striking is how the tone has shifted. Agentic AI has moved past curiosity. The conversations now carry weight—budgets, risk, accountability. This isn't exploratory anymore. It's operational. What sits underneath all of this is a shared tension: the sense that the next few decisions will matter more than the last few ever did

What matters at this stage isn't prediction. It's perspective. The clearest thinking is coming from practitioners who have to make systems work and stand by what happens next. If you're carrying that complexity and those consequences, SuperBugle is built for you.

Our role is straightforward. We gather voices from across the industry, distill what they're seeing, and make sure they reach the people who need them most. No vendor pitches. No polished certainty. Just first-hand experience, including the disagreements and the parts still being figured out. Because that's what this moment actually looks like.

In these pages, one voice wrestles with the ethics of adoption. Another breaks down monetization once the excitement fades. Frontrunners explain how they read weak signals before the market catches up. Many of these insights would otherwise stay buried—in Slack threads, conference hallways, late-night troubleshooting sessions. What one team shares today can save another months. This magazine exists to close that gap.

You don't need to read cover to cover. Skip around. Linger where something lands. Come back when it's relevant. This is built for how real thinking happens.

If you're seeing something emerge, questioning an assumption, or testing an idea that's still half-formed—write to me. Your perspective belongs here.

Sincerely,

Sushma Udipi Nagendran

Editor, SuperBugle
