Adam is a seasoned leader with 20+ years in the MSP market, having founded, grown, and sold Avagio, a leading UK MSP. Passionate about lifelong learning and peer support, he now helps MSP owners build successful, balanced businesses. Additionally, Adam co-founded The MSP Finance Team to support MSP owners with financial management from startup to exit.

Daniel began his IT career in 1995, founded an MSP in 2002, and sold it in 2014. He is now a mentor, recruiter, M&A deal maker, and advisor in the MSP market. In 2020, he joined the CompTIA Executive Council for the UK Business Technology Community and now coordinates Tech Tribe MSP meetups in London. In 2021, he co-founded The MSP Finance Team, offering bookkeeping and accounting services for MSPs.
