With 25 years’ experience, Sam helps businesses navigate AI-driven change while evolving his services to stay lean and relevant—modernising without losing the human connection that is the foundation of great support.

Siva is the Head of AI Research at SuperOps, bringing nearly two decades of IT industry experience, with over a decade dedicated to architecting and delivering AI, machine learning, and data projects at scale. He has worked across startups, global enterprises, and consulting firms, and has co-created academic courses while advising research in AI. At SuperOps, Siva leads the charge on building trustworthy, production-ready AI systems, ensuring innovation is balanced with security, compliance, and real-world impact for MSPs and IT teams.
