SAN FRANCISCO, September 17, 2026 — SuperOps, the Autonomous Endpoint Management (AEM) platform for the AI-powered enterprise, today announced three senior appointments to support its vision of building for the next era of IT. Smita Hashim joins as an advisor, Kenneth Gonzalez as industry evangelist, and Yogesh Ranjan as vice president of products, and together they are tasked with transforming SuperOps into an AI-native player focused on delivering autonomous endpoint management software.
The appointments come at a crucial moment for the future of IT, one in which AI is changing not just how technology is managed but also what the IT function does. As teams take on more complex environments and new kinds of infrastructure, SuperOps is developing AI-native software that gives them greater context, intelligence, and autonomy.

Smita Hashim is a partner at Disruptive Ventures and advises founders on product, AI, and go-to-market across enterprise SaaS and deep tech. Previously chief product officer at Zoom, she brings 25 years of building and scaling technology products in Silicon Valley. She will advise on key product and strategy decisions to help future-proof the SuperOps offering.
“The problem space matters. IT operations and endpoint management are critical, and Arvind and the team are thoughtful about how they bring AI to the product. We are in an era of AI transformation that is both needed and inevitable, and companies have to go through it to keep scaling, but a coat of paint will not cut it,” Hashim said. “The product itself has to change so it can unlock what was not possible before, and that is exactly the move SuperOps is making from endpoint management to autonomous endpoint management. Kenneth Gonzalez joins the team after more than six years as an analyst at Gartner, advising IT organizations on infrastructure and operations, and a long career as a creator and industry expert.

This new age of AI offers a rare chance to step back and rethink how we work, for both people and organizations,” Gonzalez said. “I want to help frame that, work through the challenges alongside customers, and turn what we learn into new products. Yogesh Ranjan joins as vice president and head of products. He was recently at Cisco where he led Cisco and Splunk observability platforms as a Senior Director. Yogesh brings more than 20 years of experience across observability, cloud and AI, and will spearhead the product strategy and execution of SuperOps autonomous endpoint management platform.
“The AEM space is ripe for disruption as well as growth expansion. What's different this time is that we've moved from human-driven execution to human-supervised execution by autonomous agents.
