How to set up ESET for SuperOps

  • Before you get started, please make sure that you have an active, ESET EMA account.

  • Login as an API user with your email ID and password and click Connect.

  • For MSPs, map your clients in SuperOps to customers in ESET.

  • For IT Teams, map your sites in SuperOps to sites in ESET.

  • Order/Update ESET licenses for your clients.

  • Create installers with eRMM enabled for all your clients in ESET and choose the respective installers in SuperOps.
