Kaseya publishes pricing for Kaseya 365 Ops at $129 per user per month, with a minimum of three user licenses on an annual term. Kaseya VSA, Datto RMM, and the three PSA products (Autotask PSA, BMS, and Vorex) all require a custom quote. Final pricing depends on product mix, license count, and contract terms.
N-able's pricing varies by product. MSP Manager and Take Control are priced per technician, N-central scales by device count and requires a custom quote, and N-sight UEM bundles everything together starting at $139 per month for 50 endpoints.
Kaseya Intelligence is an AI layer that operates at the platform level, connecting data across the IT environment to support cross-system workflows and real-time operational intelligence. Cooper Copilot is an AI assistant that gives technicians three ticket-level tools: Smart Ticket Summary, Smart Writing Assistant, and Smart Resolution Summary. Cooper Copilot is admin-enabled and works only within BMS tickets, making it assistive rather than autonomous.
ResilienceAI is N-able's AI engine, running across endpoint management, security operations, and data protection to handle threat prioritization, anomaly detection, and automated remediation. N-zo is a separate AI assistant available in N-central and N-sight that answers natural language queries about device health and security posture, and surfaces recommended actions without leaving the console.
Monica AI runs across the whole platform rather than a single module, drawing on the same unified data layer that powers helpdesk, endpoint management, patching, and documentation. That means it isn't just aware of a ticket, it's aware of the device behind it, the asset history attached to it, and the documentation tied to. By the time a technician opens a ticket, the groundwork is already laid. Patch decisions work the same way: rather than deploying blind, community deployment intelligence is surfaced upfront. Scripting drops the barrier further still, letting any technician generate one in plain language instead of needing to write it from scratch. None of this runs unchecked, either. Every recommendation stays visible, every source is shown, and every action waits for approval before it executes.

Deployment model | Cloud or On-premises | Cloud or On-premises |
Kaseya covers RMM through two products. VSA handles endpoint monitoring, OS and third-party patching, and policy-based automation across Windows, macOS, and Linux. Datto RMM adds cloud-native remote control, patching, and ransomware detection. Both support cloud and on-premises deployment.
N-able provides RMM capabilities through N-central and N-sight. N-central is designed for teams managing complex environments, offering hosted and on-premises deployment, advanced automation, network monitoring, patch management, and extensive policy configuration. N-sight offers a more streamlined, cloud-based experience that combines endpoint management, remote access, ticketing, and billing in one console.
SuperOps RMM works across Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, iPadOS, and Android. Remote access is built into the platform and tied to the active ticket, rather than requiring a separate product license to use. Monica AI scores every pending patch with stability data and community feedback, allowing teams to deploy safely without running time-consuming manual tests.

Kaseya gives buyers a choice of three PSA products: Autotask PSA for large MSPs, BMS for service desk and billing with Cooper Copilot built in, and Vorex for lighter IT ticket management. Autotask PSA is the most feature-complete of the three, with CRM, ITIL-aligned ticketing, and project management in addition to automated billing and QuickBooks integration.
N-able’s PSA offering is MSP Manager, a cloud-based service management platform that integrates with N-sight and N-central. It covers ticketing, time and expense tracking, technician scheduling and routing, SLA management, customer records, billing, accounting integrations, and a customer portal.
SuperOps connects PSA and RMM workflows on a shared platform, keeping tickets, assets, contracts, billable work, and invoicing aligned. Service delivery data feeds into billing and financial reporting, giving MSPs visibility into revenue and profitability across clients and contracts.
Kaseya connects its RMM layer to the helpdesk so that alerts from VSA or Datto RMM automatically open tickets in BMS or Autotask PSA without requiring manual input. Technicians can access device information and connect remotely to the affected device without leaving the view. Cooper Copilot in BMS adds live assistance by summarizing in-progress tickets, and drafting resolution steps.
N-able provides helpdesk capabilities through MSP Manager. Requests received through email, the customer portal, or N-central alerts can be converted into tickets and assigned to technicians or teams using configurable routing rules. The customer portal also allows users to submit requests, track ticket status, communicate with technicians, and access knowledge articles.
SuperOps connects the service desk directly to the device layer, so tickets open with the endpoint's current status, configuration history, and open alerts already visible rather than something technicians look up separately. Monica AI works through the incoming queue, matching new tickets against past resolutions and deflecting ones that follow known patterns before they reach the team. SLA tracking and escalation logic are configured once and automatically enforced.
Kaseya routes support requests directly to a Technical Support Engineer through its Direct to Tech™ model, skipping the general ticket queue. Live chat and phone support are available around the clock, with a FastPass upgrade option for teams that need priority access to Level 2 engineers. Kaseya University covers product training and certifications, and Kaseya Connect is the company's annual community conference.

G2 Quality of Support
Choose Kaseya if you want broad vendor coverage across RMM, PSA, and AI, and are comfortable managing multiple connected products. It works best for large MSPs, though it is a harder fit for teams that want RMM and PSA working together without separate product selection.
Choose N-able if security-focused endpoint management is your priority and a two-tier RMM structure works for your team. It is a harder fit if you need a fully integrated PSA or want to see pricing before talking to sales.

It’s integral to how we operate at the moment. It’s effectively the backbone of IT. The more you bring into SuperOps, the more powerful and unified your operations become.
Co-Founder and Director (CompuTask Ltd)
SuperOps has been a great blessing to me as the director of an IT team. My management sees the improvements I've made, which I couldn't have done without SuperOps. To have that tool in my toolbox is invaluable.
Director of IT, AutoPayPlus
Transparent pricing. Agentic AI. Assisted migration. Everything in one platform without the tool sprawl or hidden costs.
We have them answered.
It depends on what your team needs. Kaseya may be more suitable for teams that want multiple IT products from one vendor, while N-able may be more suitable for teams prioritizing endpoint management and automation. For RMM, PSA, and MDM in one unified platform, SuperOps is worth evaluating.
