ConnectWise does not publish pricing for its RMM, PSA, or CPQ products, and users need to contact its sales team for a custom quote. Its PSA and RMM products are sold separately. The RMM solution is available in three tiers: Essentials, Pro, and Premium, with ScreenConnect remote access included in all three. When purchased as a standalone remote access tool, ScreenConnect starts at $30 per month, billed annually.
N-able's pricing varies by product. MSP Manager and Take Control charge a flat per-technician rate, while N-central scales based on device count and requires a custom quote. N-sight UEM starts at $139/month for 50 endpoints, with additional endpoints priced separately.
Sidekick is ConnectWise's AI assistant for PSA. It can categorize incoming tickets, suggest resolutions from past cases, and draft customer replies for technician review. ConnectWise AI Agents (previously called zofiQ), is an agentic AI platform purpose-built for service desk automation. It works on PSA workflows to handle ticket routing, documentation updates, and SLA risk escalation.
ResilienceAI is N-able's purpose-built AI engine, powering their product architecture across endpoint management, security operations, and data protection. N-zo is N-able's agentic AI coworker, embedded directly in N-central. N-zo gives technicians a natural language interface to query device health, surface anomalies, and receive guided recommendations without leaving the console.
Monica AI is SuperOps’ agentic layer that works from a unified data layer that connects tickets, endpoints, scripts, and the knowledge base. When a ticket arrives, Monica AI reads the device state, pulls similar past cases, and suggests a resolution. It can also generate scripts for endpoint remediation and surface community sentiment on patches before deployment.

ConnectWise provides two RMM platforms: ConnectWise RMM and ConnectWise Automate. ConnectWise RMM is its newer cloud-native solution, designed to support endpoint monitoring, patch management, automation, and remote access across Windows, macOS, and Linux devices. ConnectWise Automate is better suited to teams that require advanced scripting, extensive customization, or on-premises deployment, although its endpoint support is primarily focused on Windows.
N-able offers two RMM products: N-central for large MSPs managing complex environments, and N-sight for smaller teams that need a simpler, faster setup. N-central monitors Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, Android, network devices, and IoT from one console, with third-party patching included in the base subscription at no extra cost. Remote access runs through Take Control, which is included in both N-sight and N-central.
SuperOps provides centralized management for Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, iPadOS, Android, and network devices through a single platform. Every patch comes with an AI-generated stability score, community sentiment, and a risk recommendation, so technicians act on context rather than a list of facts. Automated remediation runs on triggers for known issues, resolving problems before they reach a technician.

Billing and invoicing | ✓ | ✓ |
ConnectWise PSA includes ticketing, project delivery, and billing automation. Service boards route incoming tickets through a Dispatch Portal by technician skill, with automated workflows handling SLA escalations, recurring invoicing and time entry reconciliation against client contracts. Sidekick and ConnectWise AI Agents (previously called zofiQ) add an AI layer for AI-assisted workflows and autonomous routing.
MSP Manager is N-able’s cloud-based PSA platform for small and mid-sized MSPs, bringing ticketing, time tracking, technician scheduling, billing, and SLA management into one system. Technicians can use a built-in ticket timer to record billable hours, while the platform generates invoices based on tracked time, expenses, and configured service rates.
SuperOps PSA shares a data layer with RMM, so every ticket carries device context, contract details, and service history. Unified Runbooks turn standard operating procedures (SOPs) into step-by-step workflows that run directly inside tickets. Time entries map to client contracts automatically, with a real-time profitability and utilization dashboard visible to managers.
ConnectWise's product line includes PSA, RMM, Automate, and ScreenConnect, each with its own interface and setup requirements. The PSA, powered by Asio, available from mid-2025, introduced a shared design language between PSA and RMM, but teams using the full product line still work across distinct workspaces. On G2, ConnectWise scores 7.4 out of 10 for ease of use, 6.6 out of 10 for ease of setup, and 7.1 out of 10 for ease of admin.
N-central is a mature RMM with broad configuration options, covering policy management, automation, and monitoring from a single console. N-sight is N-able's option for smaller teams, with preconfigured policies and a faster guided onboarding flow to reduce initial setup time. On G2, N-able N-central scores 7.9 out of 10 for ease of use, 7.7 out of 10 for ease of setup, and 7.9 out of 10 for ease of admin.
SuperOps PSA, RMM, and MDM share one data layer, presenting ticket context, device state, and contract details from a single interface without tool-switching. Moving from an open ticket to a remote session, a patch action, or a time entry happens inside the same workspace, with no navigation overhead between service delivery functions. On G2, SuperOps scores 9 out of 10 for ease of use and 9 out of 10 for ease of setup.
ConnectWise offers three support tiers: Basic, Standard, and Premium. The base tier provides live chat and email support with 24/7 access to documentation and the community forum, while phone support and round-the-clock live coverage require a Standard or Premium package. IT Nation is ConnectWise's partner community, running peer groups and an annual global conference.

N-able provides phone and email support alongside self-service documentation through N-ableMe, its partner success centre. N-able also runs monthly boot camps, masterclasses, and open Office Hours for direct product guidance. N-able U provides structured training tracks and certification programmes covering both N-central and N-sight.

Choose ConnectWise if your team needs a full business management platform covering project management, sales pipeline, and procurement alongside RMM and PSA. Choose N-able if your team wants flexible RMM with a choice of scale, N-sight for simpler environments, and N-central for complex ones. N-central covers more device types out of the box than ConnectWise RMM and includes third-party patching in the base subscription.

SuperOps has been a great blessing to me as the director of an IT team. My management sees the improvements I've made, which I couldn't have done without SuperOps. To have that tool in my toolbox is invaluable.

We have them answered.
The choice depends on your requirement. ConnectWise suits established MSPs that need a full business management platform with project management and sales pipeline alongside RMM. N-able suits teams that want flexible endpoint management across N-sight or N-central. For teams that want RMM, PSA, and MDM in one architecture without separate product licenses, SuperOps is worth considering.
