Powering the Future of IT: SuperOps Secures $25M to Supercharge IT Teams Everywhere

When we started SuperOps in 2020, we had a bold and ambitious vision: to empower IT service providers with an intelligent, AI-driven platform that would transform their operations. We saw an industry held back by outdated, fragmented tools and knew there had to be a better way. Four years later, we have not only helped thousands of MSPs optimize and grow their businesses, but we are now taking our AI expertise beyond MSPs and into the broader IT market.

Today, I am thrilled to share an important milestone in our journey—SuperOps has raised $25 million in Series C funding, led by March Capital with participation from our existing investors, Addition and Z47. This brings our total funding to $54.4 million and validates the impact we have made in the industry so far. More importantly, this funding will accelerate our AI innovation, expand our global footprint, and help us serve mid-market and enterprise customers more effectively. 

Empowering MSPs with the tools they deserve

For too long, MSPs—regardless of their size—have been the unsung heroes of the business world. They ensure IT infrastructure stays operational, troubleshoot problems before they escalate, and provide businesses with world-class tech support. Yet, despite their critical role, the tools built for them have not kept pace with their needs.

Legacy platforms have remained stagnant, failing to evolve with modern technology. We saw this frustration firsthand and knew we could do better. That is why we built SuperOps—a unified, AI-powered PSA-RMM platform with built-in IT Documentation, Project Management, and Network Monitoring. By consolidating eight different tools into one seamless experience, we have made it easier for MSPs to operate efficiently, scale faster, and focus on what truly matters: delivering exceptional service.

With this funding we are doubling down our investment in AI, paving the way for predictive intelligence specifically for MSPs and IT service providers. 

Expanding our mission: AI-powered Endpoint Management for IT teams

While MSPs have been our primary focus, we have always believed that our AI-driven approach could transform IT operations beyond third-party service providers. That’s why we are excited to introduce our newest offering: SuperOps IT Endpoint Management—a game-changing tool designed to help internal IT teams do more with less. Now internal IT teams, which already make up 20% of SuperOps’ customer base, stand to benefit from the same transformative technology.

With our Endpoint Management tool, we are equipping IT professionals with AI-powered automation, real-time insights, and proactive monitoring that will fundamentally improve efficiency and security.

Another major step forward in our AI evolution is Monica, our hyper-contextual AI super agent. Monica doesn’t just analyze data - it understands your IT environment and proactively helps you make smarter decisions. Whether it’s automating routine workflows or surfacing critical insights, Monica is designed to reduce workload, enhance productivity, and help IT teams operate at their best.

Our early adopters have already seen up to a 30% improvement in operational efficiency, and we’re only getting started. AI isn’t just a buzzword for us—it’s the core of how we build technology that makes IT teams more effective and resilient. Some of the use cases even surprised us.
