You'll be responsible for

Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability

Convert sales funnel into commercial success

Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth

Deliver weekly, monthly and quarterly reports on Sales function’s performance

Recruit, train and manage a team of Sales Development Representatives and Account Managers

Develop and grow the teams, champion a culture based on success to create high performing team

Facilitate and drive performance management processes

Collaborate with Product and Marketing Teams to support roadmap activity

Maintain professional and technical knowledge through attending events, reviewing publications and participating in summits

You're someone who

a total of 8+ years SaaS and sales leadership experience

hands-on sales experience and personal target ownership ability

Those with experience in building sales teams from scratch

Inspirational candidates who have first-class communication and presentation skills, the ability to liaise at the highest of levels and the commitment to deliver sales results in line with strategic objectives

Sales leader with a proven record of sales success (team growth and revenue targets)

Those with a high-intensity approach to building and leading a sales funnels and teams
